A Plus Events can support you from sourcing suitable venues, completing all relevant paperwork including application forms, Health & Safety Assessments, facilitating utility bookings, ordering marquees, flooring, carpets, staging, lights, and sound, to co-ordinating every aspect of your promotional event. A Plus Events can manage the entire booking from start to finish, working closely with event organisers and venue contractors, allowing you to focus entirely on the marketing, promotion and sale of your products and services.

A Plus Events can manage your entire event on your behalf, leaving you to arrive on site on the day and focusing all your efforts in selling your products or promoting your services to guests and visitors. When you arrive at the venue, you will find your stand ready and arranged as per the specification provided before. From equipment to brochure stands, furniture, audio-visual, carpets, facia boards everything will be in place before you arrive.   

We can also brainstorm event themes based on your vision, help you with venue finding, accommodation bookings and arranging other logistics, finding the right channel partner for your marketing and promotional requirements, catering and managing all other special needs.

About us

Co-founded by Anne-Marie Thomson and Antonina Carmichael, formerly a Trade Stand Manager and Executive of The Royal Highland Show respectively. Both founders have a combined experience of over 13 years in large scale event planning and management, along with in-depth knowledge and subject-matter expertise about the Show Industry in the UK. 

Our years of experience has provided us with a wealth of knowledge and ideas to meet and exceed your event brief. We understand the sector well and can place great value on developing strong relationships with exhibitors and contractors.
